Q1. Why are my quiz details not showing in my dashboard?
There may be three reasons:
1) You did not log in before starting the quiz (details appear only for logged-in users).
2) You are logged in with a different Google account.
3) We periodically delete old quiz data for duplicate or invalid attempts.
Q2. Why do I need a Google account for my dashboard?
We use Google login for simplicity and security. Your password is never stored on our server; authentication happens directly through Google.
Q3. Can I play quizzes without logging in?
Yes, you can attempt quizzes as a guest, but you won’t earn MyCred points or access your certificate history.
Q4. How do I earn MyCred points?
You earn points for completing quizzes and games successfully. Your total and rank are displayed above when logged in.
Q5. What can I do with my points?
Points track your progress and rank among other learners. In future updates, you may use points to unlock rewards or contests.
